Privacy Information notice for customers and suppliers pursuant to Article 13 of LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 and art. 13 del GDPR n. 679/2016 regarding the protection of persons and other parties in relation to the processing of personal data.

In relation to these legal obligations, Odorizzi Porfidi s.r.l., as the personal data processing controller, informs you that the personal data you supplied us with in the past, and the data you will supply us with in the future, may be processed in full compliance with LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003.

Pursuant to the aforesaid law, this processing will be based on principles of principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting both your confidentiality and rights.

Processing of data means any activity or series of activities carried out with or without the use of electronic equipment, or in any case automated equipment, in relation to the collection, recording, organisation, storage, processing, modification, extraction, comparison, use, communication, dissemination, inter-connection, blocking, deletion, destruction and selection of data.

We inform as follows with regard to the processing we will carry out:

a) processing regards the following categories of data: personal details, residence, current bank account and other personal details that we request or acquire, exclusively aimed at attaining the purposes our company has with regard to its business activities or activities related thereto;

b) the processing of your personal data or that of your company will be carried out manually or using electronic equipment, in compliance with data security and confidentiality measures;

 

c) the provision and processing of data is necessary for:

1) general accounting, invoicing, credit management, the civil and fiscal legal obligations, the performance of our contractual obligations, and the updating of personal details archives;

2) market research, the sending of informative and promotional materials, marketing and advertising activities regarding the company’s products and services, as well as those of affiliated companies or subsidiaries;

3) user satisfaction level definition in relation to the quality of the company’s products and services or the quality of the activities performed by Odorizzi Porfidi s.r.l. or other affiliated companies or subsidiaries, carried out directly or using specialist companies through personal interviews or telephone surveys, questionnaires, etc.;

4) statistical analysis, also for marketing purposes.

d) the processed data may be communicated to the following parties: banks for the management of payments and cashing-in money; credit collection companies; labour law consultants; accountants and/or chartered accountants; lawyers; this company’s sales network, external parties who perform specific activities for this company in relation to its corporate, accounting or fiscal obligations, or its production, market research and marketing activities; affiliated companies; appointed external auditors, public authorities for compliance with legal requirements;

e) your personal data may be transferred abroad, in compliance and in accordance with the limits set by Articles 42-43 of LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003.

f) the provision of data is on a voluntary basis.

Refusal to provide data, or failure to consent to its processing, for the purposes defined in point 1 c) will result in the impossibility of finalising contracts and establishing a contractual relationship with our company.

g) the following categories of managers / persons in charge may come into contact with your data for the purposes we have defined above:

- Marketing

- Design

- Shipment - Logistics

l) We would like to inform you that you may exercise the rights pursuant to Articles 7-8-9-10 del LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 in relation to the processing of data.

LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003 THE RIGHTS OF CONCERNED PARTIES Article 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

1. The party concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her/its personal data, even if it has not yet been recorded, and its communication in an intelligible format.

2. The party concerned has the right to obtain information regarding:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the purpose of processing and the methods used;

c) the logic applied where processing is carried out using electronic equipment;

d) the identification details regarding the controller, persons in charge and designated representative pursuant to Article 5 (2);

e) the parties and categories of parties to whom the data may be communicated or that may come into contact with them acting as the designated representative in Italy, or as persons in charge or appointed persons.

3. The party concerned has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, modification, or where applicable the integration of other data;

b) the deletion, transformation into an anonymous format, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data for which storage is not necessary in relation to purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed;

c) confirmation that the parties the data has been communicated to have been made aware of the activities referred to in sub-sections a) and b), also in relation to the content of these sub-sections, except in cases where this obligation is impossible or requires means that are manifestly disproportionate compared to the protected right.

4. The party concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

a) the processing of his/her/its personal data, for legitimate reasons, even if processing is pertinent to the purpose for which the data was collected;

b) the processing of his/her/its personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or to carry out market research or commercial communication.
